Villas used form 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rental. * Villas occupied beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate, unless specifically specified otherwise in writing by the property.- No food and beverage is included in the quoted prices.- The rates are valid from now until 31 October 2010 and subject to change without prior notice. Payment - Full pre-payment is required of 50% on 45 days prior of arrival, otherwise space will be released.- The client have to pay 50% upon confirmation at the of booking to guarantee the reservation.
