There are three types of accommodation available at the hotel, comprising of Studio, Seaview Studio and Deluxe Seaview. All of our guest rooms have been carefully designed to ensure our guests of maximum comforts.

- The minimum stay is 2 nights for Studio Room during now - 31 Oct 09 -The minimum stay is 3 nights for period: 24 Dec 2009-4 Jan 2010 and 13 Apr - 15 Apr 2010- Max. occupancy per room is 2 persons (adults) + 1 child. Extra bed is not applicable.- No extra charge for children under the age of 12, sharing the same room with their parents.- The rates are valid from Now until 31 October 2010 and may be changed without further notice.- Each room type can accommodate up to 2 persons. Extra bed is not applicable.- There is no extra charge for children under the age of 12, sharing the same room with their parents.- Check in time at 14:00pm and check our time at 12:00 noon.

Cancellation Policy

- Reservation is held until 4 p.m. only, unless guaranteed by credit card or first night deposit.- No Show will carry a penalty fee of 1 night.- Cancellations for Low Season (1 Apr-31 Oct 2010), can be made at least 2 days prior to guest's arrival date, *or* penalty 1 night.- Cancellations for High Season (1 Nov 2009-31 Mar 2010) except Peak period, can be made at least 5 days prior to guest's arrival date, *or* penalty 1 night.- Cancellations for Peak Season (24 Dec 2009-4 Jan 2010), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, *or* penalty 3 nights.
