Baan Rim Sathorn is a five-floor building with 27 rooms for rent and a garden on 4th floor. The apartment building which has been opened since 1996, was renovated in 2006. Our security system includes 24 hours security guards, CCTV on every floor, and separate key cards for every room. Room cleaning service is also provided twice a week. Changing of bedsheets are once every two weeks

Baan Rim Sathorn is in Sathorn Soi 2 intersection 6, South Sathorn Rd behind St. Louis Hospital, about 10 minutes walk from Surasak Sky Train Station and next to the entrance of the Sathorn Express Way

Accommodation

There are two types of room at Sathorn, studio 34 sqm., and studio with balcony 32 sqm. Our security system includes 24 security guards, CCTV on every floor, and keycards for every room. Our services also include twice a week room cleaning and changing of bedsheet and pillow covers every two weeks. All rooms are fully furnished with king-sized bed, build-in furniture, small pantry, air-condition, refrigerator, and water heater.

Conditions

* First Payment includes 1 months deposit and 1 month advanced payment. (1 months deposit is refundable given that the unit is returned in the same condition) * 1 months deposit is not refundable if the contract is broken by lease * Lease shall return the room in the same condition. Any damages will have to be compensated by the lease.
